Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: KYC, Documentation, Customer acquisition, Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
