Newrise Solutions is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Malad West, Mumbai. There are 5 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Compliance, Customer acquisition, Documentation and KYC
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and ethical

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
