Nexgen Financial Services is looking for a Loan Sales to join its team in Sector 2 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Job Responsibilities: Contact Potential Customers Through Outbound Calls. Explain Company Products And Services To Prospective Clients. Generate Leads And Convert Them Into Sales Opportunities. Follow Up With Interested Customers And Maintain Regular Communication. Achieve Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Sales Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Loan
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
