Next Toppers wants to bring on an Hr Manager for its Sector 127 - Noida, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹71,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.Also Should Have The Basic Understanding Of The Jee/Neet Division. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What you get

Salary: ₹56,000 – ₹71,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: HRMS, MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
