Job Description: Collection Telecallerjob Overviewwe Are Seeking A Diligent, Persuasive, And Detail-Oriented Collection Telecaller To Join Our Finance/Recovery Team. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Contacting Customers With Overdue Accounts, Reminding Them Of Their Outstanding Payments, And Negotiating Payment Plans.The Ideal Candidat.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Compensation

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
