Hr Executive

Nexus E-com Solutions is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Naraina, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage End-To-End Recruitment And Hiring Processes, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Onboarding Of New Employees.Implement And Monitor Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices Across The Organization.Handle Employee Onboarding, Orientation, And Documentation Processes.Address Employee Concerns And Grievances In A Timely And Pr. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Screening, HRMS, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and confidential

Day-to-day work

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
