What you will do

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation
