We Are Looking For An Experienced Sales Manager To Handle B2B And Institutional Sales For Our Firm Dealing In Building Materials Such As Plumbing Items, Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings, Pipes, Electricals, And Allied Products. The Role Involves Developing Business With Builders, Developers, Contractors, Architects, And Corporate Clients. Responsibilities Include Lead Generation, Client Meetings, Project Sales Handling, Quotation And Price Negotiation, Order Closing, Coordination For Timely Supply, And Payment Follow-Ups. The Candidate Should Build Long-Term Client Relationships, Achieve Sales Targets, And Provide Market Feedback. Minimum 5 Years Of B2B Sales Experience Preferred. Strong Communication, Negotiation Skills, And Fieldwork Readiness Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | B2B | Preferred Experience In : Promotion

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
