Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
