Company Secretary

Nimisha Khakurdikar is looking for a Company Secretary to join its team in Kothrud, Pune. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month.

Roc Compliance, Documentation Preparation, Licenses And Registrations, Dsc Procurement, Form Filings, Mca Compliance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

Salary

You will be paid ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Bank reconciliation, Tally, TDS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone numerate and organised
