Nipoon Services is hiring an Admin Executive in Shamirpet, Hyderabad. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹27,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Typing, Data entry and Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
