Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. Marketing

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
