• Skills: CRM tools, Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Typing speed
• No English required

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
