Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• Someone ethical and persuasive

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
