Executive Assistant

Nirvay Solutions Private Limited is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Janak Puri, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, Email etiquette and Data entry
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
