Handle Full Export Shipments. Prepare Export Documentation (Pre And Post Shipment Documents Including, Brc, Coo, Insurance, Etc). Coordinate With Cha/Forwarder For Timely Planning Of Shipment. Coordinate With Factory For Timely Production And Shipment Planning. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
