NL Business India wants to bring on a Telecaller for its Sector-32, Chandigarh team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹13,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Active listening, Verbal communication and Complaint handling
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
