Collection Associate

A new Collection Associate role is open at Nomisma Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sakinaka, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Employer’s description

Responsible For Handling Business Loan Collections Through Both Field Visits And Telecalling To Ensure Timely Recovery Of Overdue Payments. Follow Up With Customers, Negotiate Repayment Plans, And Maintain Regular Communication For Pending Dues. Coordinate With Internal Teams To Resolve Customer Queries And Update Collection Status Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, Customer acquisition, Documentation and MS Excel
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
