Norris India is looking for a Telesales Executive to join its team in Rohini Sector 10, Delhi. Freshers can apply. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month. The team is filling 10 vacancies.

Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Hindi and English, Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication
• Basic English

What you get

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
