Do Employee Recruitment, Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, HRMS, Payroll, Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and confidential

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
