Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point and Tally
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Tally, Computer
• You are well spoken and organised

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
