Enter, Update, And Maintain Company Data Accurately In Systems And Records. Prepare And Manage Excel Sheets, Reports, And Documentation. Handle Basic Accounting Entries In Tally. Prepare Basic Presentations And Reports In Powerpoint. Verify Data Accuracy And Maintain Proper Documentation. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally | MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, MS Word

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
