We Are Seeking A Highly Organized And Proactive Receptionist & Logistics Coordinator To Manage Front Desk Operations And Support Logistics Activities. The Role Includes Handling Reception Duties, Coordinating Dispatch Operations, Tracking Deliveries, Maintaining Logistics Records, And Ensuring Smooth Communication Between Drivers, Vendors, Customer.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone detail-oriented and organised

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
