Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. Type : International | Languages : Tamil, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
