• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Mutual Funds, Real Estate, Sales, Tamil
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Sales Team Lead, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
