Handle Retail Customers At Our Garden Nursery, Assist With Plant Selection, Answer Inbound Calls, Resolve Customer Queries Related To Plants And Gardening, And Maintain Follow-Up Communication Via Whatsapp And Phone.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Presentation, CRM, Target achievement, Negotiation
• Male Only
• Basic English
