A new Customer Support Executive role is open at NYB infotech, Kotturpuram, Chennai. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Presentation, Lead generation and Customer handling
• Male Only

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
