O2Max Lens is looking for a Back Office Assistant to join its team in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel

Salary

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
