Oakfield Realty Pvt.Ltd. is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in Sector 65 - Gurgaon, Delhi. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
