Customer Support Executive For A Phone Cover Brand. Handle Queries Via Email, Instagram, Whatsapp & Calls. Resolve Order, Delivery, Return & Product Issues Quickly. Must Have Strong Communication, Fast Response, And Ability To Manage Customers Under Pressure. Ecommerce Experience Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• A self-motivated, confident attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
