Odishi restaurant , pahala is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join its team in Rudrapur, Bhubaneswar. The team is filling 2 vacancies. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Active listening and CRM tools
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
