Ok Documentation Services wants to bring on a Receptionist for its Khichripur, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹15,500/month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
