Customer Support Executive

Olive Green Consulting LLP is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Koramangala, Bengaluru. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada and Tamil
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
