Omraa Infra is looking for an Hr Branch Manager to join its team in Kolar Road, Bhopal. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Labour law basics, Screening, Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised
