Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing and Ms Power Point
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
