Key Job Responsibilitiesbusiness Development: You Will Be Actively Responsible For Securing And Bringing In New Manpower Supply Contracts, Security Projects, And Business Opportunities From The Market For The Company.Client Acquisition: You Will Identify, Pitch To, And Onboard New Corporate Clients To Expand The Company'S Market Footprint. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Negotiation, Customer handling
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
