One Point One is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Sector 18 - Gurgaon, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
