Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹14,500 – ₹21,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Verbal communication
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
