Provide Day-To-Day Support To The Sales Team For Lead Management And Order Tracking. Schedule Meetings, Demos, Follow-Ups, And Assist Sales Team With Client Coordination. Coordinate Purchase Order (Po) Receipt, Validations, And Internal Processing. Ensure Correct Details Like Billing Entity, Address, Bandwidth, Circuit Id, Taxes, Etc. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, MS Power Point

Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel and Ms Power Point
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented
