We Are Looking For A Customer-Focused Customer Support Executive To Handle Customer Queries, Resolve Issues, And Provide A Positive Customer Experience Across Phone, Email, Chat, And Other Communication Channels. Languages : Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi

Your responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
