Key responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, your work will include:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Lead generation, CRM and Target achievement
• No English required
