Orbito Finance is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Borivali, Mumbai. There are 5 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Typing, MS Office, Record keeping
• Basic English

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
