Oto Capital is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in HSR Layout Sector 3, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹24,000/month. The team is filling 15 vacancies.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Hindi, Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound
• Languages: Hindi
• A trustworthy, persuasive attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
