Source Prospects Through Linkedin, Outbound Calling And Other Business Development Channels Build, Manage And Continuously Update The Prospect Funnel In Crm Pitch Real Estate Consulting Services And Identify Potential Business Opportunities Schedule And Coordinate Client Meetings And Site Visits For The Sales Team. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What you will do

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Target achievement, CRM, Negotiation, Customer handling
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
