Customer Care Coordinator

Pacific Overseas is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join its team in Shapar, Rajkot. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
