Padma Marketing wants to bring on an Account Assistant for its Goregaon West, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹21,000/month.

Handle Accounts Payable And Receivable Processes, Ensuring Accurate Transactions And Timely Settlements. Reconcile Discrepancies And Maintain Financial Records. Collaborate With Vendors And Clients To Resolve Payment Issues,Billing In Portals, Payment Follow Up Clients, Basic Gst Knowledge, Tds Working. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Book Keeping | Skills Needed : GST, Tally, TDS

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Book Keeping, Gst, Tally and Tds
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
