Pal sons hardware and mill store is looking for a Billing / Records to join its team in Sahnewal, Ludhiana. The pay goes up to ₹16,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Accounts payable, MS Excel, TDS and Accounts receivable
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are accurate and confidential

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
