Handling The Day-To-Day Activities Of Walk-In Customers As Well As E-Mail And Phone Correspondence. Working On The Knowledge Crm Portal For Service Requests Raised By Customers. Knowledge Of Phone Banking Customers. Should Have Experience In Bfsi. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
