Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Outbound
• Basic English
