Paper Industry is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team in Kundli, Sonipat. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude
